Terms & Conditions for Regional Event Participation

 

Eligibility

Participation is open to registered MSMEs, cooperatives, associations, local producers, and qualified exhibitors operating within the region or those approved by the event organizer.

Registration

All participants must complete the official registration process and submit the required documents before the registration deadline.

Registration is subject to review and approval by the event organizer.

Booth Assignment

Booth locations shall be assigned solely by the event organizer.

Requests for specific booth locations may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Exhibit Schedule

Participants must complete booth setup before the official opening of the event.

Booth dismantling is only allowed after the event officially closes unless otherwise authorized by the organizer.

Product Display

Only products and services declared during registration may be exhibited.

Counterfeit, prohibited, hazardous, or illegal products are strictly prohibited.

Booth Maintenance

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional booth throughout the event.

Booths must be staffed during official event hours.

Compliance

Participants shall comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and applicable local government policies, including health and safety requirements.

Safety and Security

Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their products, equipment, and personal belongings.

The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage unless caused by proven negligence on its part.

Cancellation

Participants who wish to withdraw must notify the organizer in writing as soon as possible.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the event schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or force majeure.

Photography and Media

The organizer may take photographs and videos during the event for promotional, documentation, and reporting purposes.

By participating, exhibitors grant permission for the use of such materials without additional compensation.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

Any form of disruptive, offensive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.

Organizer's Rights

The organizer reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or whose participation may negatively affect the event.

Acceptance

Submission of the registration form signifies that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
